Its a good idea getting votes from the players, but to be honest I have no idea who 95% of the players are in the league. I don't know their names, if they're defense or forward etc. I'm sure i'm not the only one in this. I think getting votes from the referees would be the best. They usually know everyone's names, and they watch the most games. Or designate 3 referees before the season for A, 3 for B, and 3 to C to pick the awards.
